About ADDResource.com

At ADDResource.com we cover the "Who, When and Where" of the ADD/LD community, and refer our visitors to qualified folks who can speak to the "What, Why and How" of attention and learning issues.

Founded in 2001, we're the Web's largest search engine and directory dedicated exclusively to Attention Deficit Disorders and Learning Disabilities. Our goal is to help you find relevant information on the Web quickly and easily — information that fits your unique situation, whether you're a parent of a child with ADD/ADHD or learning disabilities, an adult learning to cope with AD/HD, an educator looking for classroom resources, or a professional helping individuals and families manage ADD in daily life.

Michael E. Wolf, Ph.D. serves as Editor-in-Chief of ADDResource.com and as our resident professional expert on attention and learning issues. Dr. Wolf is a licensed clinical psychologist and has practiced in the Dallas area for more than 25 years. He received his B.A. from the University of Kansas and an M.A. from Wichita State University. He completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Ohio University in 1980, and has been in private practice since 1982.

"Over the years, I've dealt with many individuals who have AD/HD, and I've diagnosed and treated both children and adults who experience this disorder. I have come to develop a deep appreciation for the unique set of characteristics exhibited by those with AD/HD. These traits are not all negative. In my work I help those with AD/HD discover the positive traits of this disorder and learn to compensate for the less desirable ones. I hope to help you do the same here at ADDResource.com."
